Your Responsibilities
Assist in the comprehensive recruitment process across various functions, handling everything from candidate sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offers.
Utilize a combination of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' fit for the role, their motivation, and communication abilities.
Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure candidate data is accurately maintained in the ATS, upholding data quality and process consistency.
Contribute to recruiting projects and process enhancements as our team expands, including initiatives focused on employer branding and improving the candidate experience.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (recent graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply).
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS platforms.
A proactive mindset oriented toward learning, with an openness to feedback.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and ensure follow-through on execution.
(Prior experience in recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory; we prioritize attitude, curiosity, and execution capabilities.)
