Join CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team as an Associate UX Director / Lead Product Designer, where your expertise will shape sophisticated digital brand experiences that are not only intuitive but also impactful and accessible.
As a pivotal UX leader, your guidance will influence user behavior and strengthen brand-to-customer relationships by overseeing the creation of elegant and engaging digital products and services. Collaborate closely with project managers, user researchers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, and developers to bring comprehensive digital experiences to fruition.
In this hands-on role, while primarily focused on client delivery, you will also have the opportunity to lead engagement teams and mentor junior talent. Your leadership and management skills will be vital in nurturing client relationships, driving account growth, and inspiring future design leaders while expanding our design practice.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading the development of personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, responsive visual designs, and interactive prototypes that adhere to best practices in interaction design and usability.
- Managing project teams to mentor junior creatives, enhance their skills, and elevate the overall quality of deliverables.
- Effectively presenting design concepts and justifications to clients and internal teams.
- Creating clear, informative, and concise presentations that convey the rationale behind your designs.
- Providing insightful and constructive feedback on various aspects of the user experience, including interactions, information architecture, content, layout, and alignment with brand goals.
- Conducting competitive assessments and supplying innovative alternatives, while researching and staying informed about design and technology trends.
