Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of lab data processing services, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
- Analyze, develop, and implement processing strategies for electronic files in compliance with ESI specifications.
- Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices and participate in teleconferences as needed.
- Keep clients informed about lab activities, deadlines, technical challenges, and resource availability.
- Provide web hosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
- Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, overseeing scheduling, requirements assessments, work assignments, and quality control of deliverables.
- Advise legal teams on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production.
