Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and talented Automation Site Engineer to elevate our Industrial Automation team. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering superior project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Analysis: Analyze and interpret project documentation, procedures, and client specifications.
• Solution Design: Engineer automation solutions utilizing PLC technologies and SCADA software.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Study & Design and Project Teams to create integrated solutions.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Implementation: Oversee testing, commissioning, and facilitate smooth project handovers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in industrial automation projects.
• Skills: Proficient in PLC programming and SCADA systems, with excellent English communication skills.
• Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office applications.
• Personal Traits: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• License: Valid driver's license.
Preferred Expertise
• Technical Skills: Practical experience with Siemens PLC and SCADA technologies (S7-300 / S7-400 / S7-1200 / S7-1500 and WinCC/TIA Portal).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automation in sectors like food/beverage, traffic management, energy, refineries, industrial refrigeration, or water/wastewater management.
