Job Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer at Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the primary point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience and building lasting relationships with clients as they invest in their vehicle's maintenance and repair.
As a Service Advisor, you will guide customers through the repair process, ensuring they are kept informed about the status of their vehicle while guaranteeing their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet every customer entering our facility, providing respectful and hospitable service.
- Shuttle customers when necessary using a CBA-branded vehicle.
- Clearly present optimal solutions for vehicle repairs, ensuring customer understanding.
- Efficiently manage the store's workflow to enhance service delivery.
- Consistently promote our services while upholding honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere and a can-do attitude.
- Communicate professionally and clearly over the phone.
- Foster long-term relationships between customers, yourself, and the store.
- Direct, coordinate, and engage in customer service activities.
- Ensure all repairs meet established specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and assist other staff as needed.
- Knowledge of Tekmetric is a plus.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
