Supported by Kia America, Inc., this opportunity is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), designed to empower veterans with the skills needed for success in the automotive service industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of Kia vehicles, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Accurately complete repair orders and warranty request orders in line with Kia and retailer standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize Kia diagnostic strategies, equipment, and tools to analyze, diagnose, and repair vehicle components.
- Provide timely services, diagnostics, and repairs while fostering effective communication with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Must have an Honorable Discharge from military service.
- Possess a valid driver's license from any state with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a technical or mechanical field is essential.
- Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks is required.
