Job Overview
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, addressing engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Process repair orders and warranty requests in alignment with established Kia and Retailer policies.
Conduct test drives to assess and diagnose vehicle issues, utilizing Kia’s advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Perform services and repairs promptly, ensuring effective communication with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance the customer experience.
