Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new AV vendors and ensure their statuses are up-to-date in our internal systems, including facilitating SOWs and NDAs.
- Assist AV creative content managers with asset planning, tracking, legal clearances, quality control, and final delivery.
- Provide distribution/media operations support across various platforms, ensuring quality across metadata, scheduling, and delivery of final assets.
- Collaborate with AV creative content managers on asset management, ensuring efficient footage ingestion and sharing with internal teams.
- Coordinate partner AV requests, tracking and delivering assets to key stakeholders efficiently.
- Support AV creative content managers with clipping needs for key campaigns.
- Assist AV campaign managers with pre-production planning and coordination for AV shoots as needed.
- Ensure proper archiving of AV projects in accordance with asset management protocols.
- Deliver remote AV event support by managing system deliverables and collaborating with PR teams for asset sharing.
