The Opportunity
In this pivotal role as AWS Alliance Manager for the Americas, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our regional partnership with AWS. You will be key in ensuring the success of our AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement, a fundamental aspect of maintaining our position as the largest AWS reseller globally.
Your primary focus will involve working with various internal teams and AWS personnel to ensure complete alignment of business objectives and expectations. This includes managing the two-way flow of information—preparing DoiT for changes from AWS that may affect our operations and communicating our strategic needs to AWS.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Oversight: Act as the main point of contact for DoiT’s relationship with the NAMER and LATAM Sales and Partner teams at AWS.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate with company leadership to synchronize all internal teams (including sales, product, and marketing) with the overarching strategy for the AWS partnership.
- Organizational Enablement: Assist internal teams in implementing essential training programs to uphold and enhance AWS excellence throughout the organization.
- External Collaboration: Connect with existing AWS teams, including partner management and sales leadership, while identifying and fostering relationships with new stakeholders.
- Partnership Success: Ensure all involved parties remain aligned across both organizations to promote mutual success in this strategic partnership.
- Program Monitoring: Oversee the performance and advancement of the AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement within the designated region, along with AWS Funding Programs as they become available to DoiT.
