Role Overview
As the B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will take charge of the daily execution of content, SEO, email marketing, ABM campaigns, social media strategies, and website optimization. This role emphasizes execution, translating strategic direction from the Fractional CMO into impactful and consistent marketing outputs that generate engagement, leads, and a robust sales pipeline. Ideal candidates will be seasoned individual contributors capable of working independently once priorities are established.
Key Responsibilities
Content & SEO Execution
Create and manage engaging blog posts, landing pages, and tailored service pages.
Optimize content for search engines, focusing on headers, metadata, and internal linking structures.
Revise and enhance existing content to boost performance and search rankings.
Drive content production based on keyword strategies and content briefs.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Develop and oversee email campaigns in HubSpot, including lead nurturing sequences, vertical-specific initiatives, and re-engagement strategies.
Enhance subject lines, calls to action, and overall email performance metrics.
Assist sales teams with targeted email marketing assets.
ABM Campaign Execution
Implement account-based marketing campaigns tailored by industry.
Coordinate content, email marketing, and paid social strategies for ABM initiatives.
Manage targeted account lists and campaign collateral.
Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall business objectives.
