Exciting Opportunity in Marketing
As the B2B Marketing Manager for Daft.ie, you will take charge of crafting and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting estate agents throughout Ireland. You will serve as the advocate for agents within Daft.ie, collaborating closely with the Sales, Customer Support, Product, Data, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure agents are empowered, informed, and supported.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering high visibility across the organization and a significant impact on how Daft.ie will engage with the Irish property market in the future.
Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as B2B Marketing Manager, your duties will encompass:
Sales & Agent Enablement
Empower the sales team with focused marketing resources, coaching materials, and collateral to foster sustainable growth.
Create and manage all sales enablement assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling documentation.
Support and expand agent partnerships to enhance long-term value creation.
Lead peer-to-peer marketing initiatives, narrating compelling stories around vendor funding and showcasing agent achievements.
Agent Product Marketing & Communications
Oversee all agent communications to ensure clarity, timeliness, and alignment with agent expectations.
Lead comprehensive go-to-market planning for product launches, ensuring effective rollout, adoption, and commercial success.
Coordinate all commercial and product rollouts, collaborating across departments to minimize disruption and build trust.
Transform existing vendor funding best-practice content into concise, accessible formats for agents.
Agent Insights & Product Influence
Collect and integrate agent feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
