Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a B2B Sales Executive! We are looking for a driven and determined individual to take on a pivotal role in our Sales Team. If you have a knack for aggressively prospecting new business, confidently selling with integrity, and possess a keen understanding of clients' needs, we want to hear from you!
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will spearhead new business development in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing the deal. Collaborating closely with account managers and your sales team, you will build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with clients. If you excel in this role, you could easily earn over $100,000 in your first year!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Closing sales by developing rapport with prospective accounts, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and preparing contracts.
- Committing to at least 20 hours of prospecting each week.
- Utilizing and managing your customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain comprehensive customer information.
- Curating and managing your 'Hot 25' list within the CRM.
- Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of sales experience is required.
- At least 3 years of combined inside and outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Recent 2 years in B2B sales showcasing a successful history.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems.
- Preferred sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie).
- An outgoing, dynamic personality with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Highly organized and capable of advancing clients from prospect to close within a structured sales process.
- Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading presentations and individual meetings.
- Proven ability to coordinate team efforts and work seamlessly with operations and marketing.
