City Wide Facility Solutions in Pompano Beach, FL, is on the lookout for a driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Team! In this role, you will spearhead new business development in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborating closely with account managers and fellow sales team members, you will cultivate and sustain profitable business relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients.
- Kick off the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and delivering initial presentations.
- Close sales by establishing rapport with prospective clients, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and preparing contracts.
- Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours each week to prospecting.
- Utilize and manage your customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep track of customer information.
- Maintain and update your Hot 25 list in the CRM.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, with recent experience in outside sales preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales success (minimum of 2 full calendar years, achieving at least 105% of sales goals as indicated by scorecards or sales dashboards).
- Strong skills in prospecting and territory development.
- Proficient in CRM systems, demonstrating excellent data management and organization of sales data.
- Preferred: Sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie).
- Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality.
- A can-do attitude that thrives on challenges.
- Organized approach to the sales process with the ability to guide clients from prospecting to closure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating presentations or one-on-one meetings.
- Proven ability to coordinate team activities and collaborate effectively with operations and marketing teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
