B2B Telesales Executive

The role offers a basic salary of £21,000 with uncapped commission potential, enabling on-target earnings of £31,000, with many team members exceeding £40,000 yearly.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, with options of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The friendly team culture emphasizes success through collaboration, featuring incentives such as 'Star of the Day', weekly competitions, and team outings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing clients to promote enhanced services.
- Upsell additional business areas.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team to finalize sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with current packages and encourage additional product offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce to accurately capture customer information.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Handle inbound calls from current and potential customers regarding services and products.
- Collaborate with senior management to strategize on converting new large clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and work collaboratively to meet targets.

Successful candidates will go through a two-stage interview process with immediate start dates available.
Interview Process:
- Stage 1: Shadowing sessions to gain insights into the role, followed by psychometric, numeracy, and literature assessments. Conclude with a brief discussion about previous experiences.
- Stage 2: An in-depth competency-based interview focusing on prior sales experiences.
