The Backend Engineer II will be instrumental in enhancing and expanding Tala's backend architecture to facilitate new country launches, innovative features, and a rapidly growing user base. As a key technologist, the Backend Engineer will focus on developing a highly available, scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant, and efficient microservices platform. This role adheres to Tala’s engineering practices and standards while advancing the company's mission and business goals.
This position is critical within Tala's technical track. You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate across various teams within Tala globally.
