Join our dynamic team as a Bancassurance Associate, serving as a vital link between our insurance services and banking partners.
• Collaborate with bank staff to attend insurance-related meetings and foster strong working relationships.
• Partner closely with our branches and agents to deliver tailored insurance policies to the bank’s clientele.
• Oversee and manage promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.
• Participate in monthly reconciliation meetings with the bank team to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Product Marketing
• Develop comprehensive proposals and product documentation.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Customer Retention and Acquisition
• Distribute and follow up on monthly renewals to ensure customer retention.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage relationships with third-party partners.
• Generate, monitor, and publish monthly reports on production and collection for both Life and General Business sectors.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations to validate accuracy of figures.
Bancassurance Administrative Functions
• Oversee day-to-day management activities for both Life and General Business operations.
• Conduct market and product research analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Respond promptly to all inquiries (quotes, underwriting, document verification) within SLA timelines.
• Prepare and manage admin fees, ensuring timely remittance to the bank.
• Follow up on outstanding premiums and renewals.
• Review and manage all documentation related to the bank IBTC.
• Process all co-insurance transactions efficiently.
• Liaise with various departments on bank-related matters including Underwriting, Claims, and Finance.
• Maintain strong relationships with Bancassurance officers and support the team lead in all sales and administrative activities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Supervise the staff promotion process and manage auto-run processes.
