Are you passionate about empowering small business owners to gain control over their financial health and develop sustainable profit-generating systems?
We are seeking an accomplished Fractional Controller to assist up to 45 solo law firm owners currently participating in our business growth initiative. As part of our team of Fractional CEOs, COOs, and CFOs, you will provide essential financial infrastructure, education, and accountability that our clients require to flourish.
???? Key Responsibilities
In the role of Fractional Controller, you will:
- Facilitate monthly one-on-one financial coaching sessions with your designated law firm clients.
- Perform in-depth analyses of financial reports, guiding clients in mastering the seven critical financial statements.
- Instruct clients on leveraging those reports to influence decisions and enhance profitability.
- Generate short-term cash flow projections to identify potential cash shortages ahead of time.
- Ensure clients remain committed to their goals and mentor them through challenges.
- Lead group Q&A sessions, address client inquiries, and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.
- Monitor client progress, record insights, and work collaboratively with your colleagues.

You possess prior experience as a Controller or in a Senior accounting/finance role (experience in small business or entrepreneurial environments is preferred).
You have a track record of tracking and analyzing key business metrics.
You have successfully developed dashboards to visualize data and facilitate decision-making.

- Enhancing cash liquidity.
- Reducing operating expenses.
- Cost savings or improved profitability for the company.
You have shown progressive advancement in your career over time.
You have experience managing people, teams, or client relationships.
You have engaged in cross-functional activities beyond accounting, including:
- Human resources processes.
- Legal liaison responsibilities.
- Operational support.
