In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include using evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and essential daily living skills, while effectively reducing challenging behaviors. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills necessary to support each child, regardless of prior experience. Please note that this role requires physical stamina, as you will be active throughout the day, which may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
