Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician (RBT)
At Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a company under the Finni Health umbrella, we are on the lookout for a passionate and caring Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to become a vital part of our team in Chatsworth, Georgia. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with children in their home environments, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy strategies with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ultimately contributing to their growth and quality of life.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions for children
Implement behavior intervention strategies developed by a BCBA
Accurately gather and document data regarding client progress and behavior
Participate in regular supervision meetings with a BCBA
Engage in mandatory team meetings and training workshops

Candidate Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience working with children is essential

Current CPR certification is preferred
RBT certification is a plus
