In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based methodologies to teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks, while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We will provide you with comprehensive training, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed, regardless of your prior experience. The role is physically demanding, as you may need to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and lift or carry children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
