Your contributions will help foster a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assist residents to ensure their safety, structure, and adherence to program rules
Conduct regular observations and accurately document behaviors, incidents, and shift notes
Support residents with daily routines and engagement in recovery-focused activities
Utilize de-escalation techniques and follow crisis intervention protocols
Collaborate effectively with clinical, housing, and operations staff during shift transitions
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions as necessary
Uphold confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and organizational policies
