Bellman - HALKIDIKI
Location: Halkidiki

Purpose:
As a Bellman at the reception, you will provide guest service according to the Group's standards throughout their stay, including arrival, accommodation, and departure.
Responsibilities:
- Transport luggage upon arrival and/or departure to and from guest rooms in coordination with the reception.
- Accompany guests during arrival and/or departure to and from their rooms as per reception's instructions.
- Deliver messages and updates to and from guest rooms in coordination with the reception.
- Manage luggage storage on the departure day of guests.
- Communicate with the reception for assistance and problem resolution.
- Keep work areas tidy and clean.
- Report any issues to the direct supervisor.
- Provide services in accordance with the Group's standards.
