Your Responsibilities
- Oversee each tender as an independent project, ensuring comprehensive administrative and financial management.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal and external multidisciplinary teams (engineering, planning, procurement, legal, finance, HSE) to produce compliant and competitive proposals.
- Lead cost estimation, pricing strategy, and financial modeling to meet target margins and manage identified risks.
- Conduct contractual and commercial risk assessments, including reviewing international contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC).
- Organize and conduct site visits, progress meetings, and coordination meetings with clients and partners.
- Manage clarifications and direct commercial and technical negotiations.
- Ensure high-quality submissions, strict compliance with deadlines, and adherence to corporate governance standards and internal quality protocols.
- Assist in structured handovers to project delivery teams post-contract award.
- Utilize extensive experience in African markets and effectively engage with French-speaking projects and stakeholders.
