Your Role
As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will work directly with one of our international airline partners, with opportunities to broaden your expertise to other airline operations over time. Your duties will include:
- Assisting passengers during departures (from check-in to boarding) and arrivals (from deplaning to baggage claim).
- Addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth terminal operations.
- Providing exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless ground handling services for flights with 200-300 passengers.
