About the Role
As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with the Keeper Sales team to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Your responsibilities will include identifying technical requirements, aligning them with Keeper Security solutions, and assisting with product positioning and demonstrations. You will facilitate product trials for our partners, support implementation and integration efforts, and offer level-2 technical assistance to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee pre-sales technical support for Keeper products to channel partners across Japan and the APAC region.
- Collaborate closely with the Channel Account Management team to enhance the technical capabilities of strategic partners and drive additional revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations both remotely and on-site at customer locations or Keeper facilities.
- Work with product development and engineering teams to stay informed about new product features and enhancements.
- Address technical inquiries and provide solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
