Bilingual Customer Service Advisor - German Speaker
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients and long-standing customers, embodying iwoca's commitment to outstanding service. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and web chats, assisting entrepreneurs with general inquiries as well as application processes and subsequent financing needs. Your focus on customer service will enable our clients to make the most out of our offerings.
Convincing and inspiring our clients and partners of our mission is a fundamental aspect of our success. Our clients range from hair salons to dental practices, while our partners include financial advisors and bank branch employees.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing inquiries via phone, email, or web chat.
- Provide answers regarding our products, the application process, and general information about iwoca, supporting both new and existing clients.
- Assist businesses in completing their applications and preparing the necessary documentation for credit decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams within iwoca to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Actively participate in iwoca's development by sharing customer feedback and competitor offerings, and providing regular feedback on our processes.
You Should Have:
- A passion for communication with customers and embody a “Customer Centricity” mindset, with a strong motivation to achieve success alongside our clients.
- A completed commercial training or a business degree, with relevant professional experience in customer service (experience in banking or fintech is a plus).
- High motivation, organizational skills, a true team player attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication skills in German and proficiency in English, enabling participation in meetings within our international team.
