About the Role...
As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional technical support and guidance to our customers and partners throughout the region.
Your insights will play a vital role in enhancing the SiteMinder brand and helping customers seamlessly integrate our products and services.
Key Responsibilities...
Deliver top-notch technical support for all SiteMinder products and services to both internal and external clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing outstanding support through various communication channels including phone and chat.
Assess customer support needs and configuration requirements, set clear expectations, and resolve issues efficiently, adhering to internal KPIs and customer demands.
Ensure timely resolution of all cases in line with company SLAs and personal performance indicators.
Serve as a technical expert, identifying and communicating issues and requirements internally.
