The Role
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Fully remote)
In this critical role, you will dedicate yourself to supporting families during designated working hours. Your primary responsibilities will involve reaching out to prospective families through daily outbound calls and guiding them through the qualification process with confidence. You will manage and optimize our pipeline to surpass growth targets while enhancing processes for scalability. Most importantly, you will act as a trusted advocate, assisting families in navigating the complexities of healthcare with empathy and unwavering support.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Family Growth. Engage in 50–80 outbound calls daily to prospective families, effectively communicating the value of our program and guiding them through the qualification process with care.
Manage and Optimize the Pipeline. Ensure families progress smoothly through each stage of the funnel, consistently striving to exceed growth targets while refining processes for operational excellence.
Advocate for Families. Provide compassionate guidance to families as they navigate the complexities of healthcare, offering encouragement and proactive follow-up.
