Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers through various communication channels including email, chat, social media, and video conferencing.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Craft and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis.
- Foster customer engagement through proactive outreach.
- Advise customers on best practices for product use and marketing techniques.
- Keep clients informed about product updates and new features.
- Identify and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams as necessary.
Qualifications for Success:
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (C1/Advanced level in both languages).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or related roles.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, HubSpot, G-Suite, and various e-commerce platforms.
- Must have a personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Cantonese.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager.
