About the moomoo App

In October 2023, we launched US stock trading services customized for the Japanese market, enabling round-the-clock trading on approximately 7,000 US stocks by April 2025. Position: Bilingual HR Internship (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Shibuya, Japan
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: Long-term (negotiable)
Compensation: ¥1,300 - ¥1,500 per hour
Work Requirements: Must be available to work at least three days a week (specific days and hours negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Manage the recruitment process, including job posting creation, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Talent Research: Conduct candidate research using job platforms and LinkedIn, including scouting and screening.
- Business Understanding: Gain insight into business structures and departmental roles while experiencing the connection between organizational operations and recruitment strategy.
- Multilingual Environment: Collaborate with a diverse team conversing in Chinese, Japanese, and English.
- Collaboration with Management: Gain exposure to decision-making processes regarding hiring strategies and HR policies.
