Your Role and Mission
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth for Agilent. Your responsibilities include:
- Outbound Sales: Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers to close sales on service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
- Inbound Sales: Managing incoming customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Overseeing your sales pipeline, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
