- Responsibilities: Engage in exciting projects that involve comprehensive analysis and innovative presentation of clinical trial data for a diverse array of clients, including leading pharmaceutical companies, medical technology firms, public health organizations, and non-profits.
- Salary: RMB 14,000 per month, with potential for a higher starting salary for candidates with substantial experience or postgraduate qualifications. Annual salary reviews and promotional raises are standard.

About the Role
With the recent opening of our Shanghai office, we are eager to welcome new Medical Writers to help us serve our expanding client base in the region. Collaborate closely with our experienced global team, including colleagues in Singapore who are already delivering outstanding work in China.
We seek candidates with a background in scientific research as well as enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who demonstrate exceptional English and Mandarin language ability. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals excited about contributing to the growth of Costello Medical in China. As a foundational member of a small regional office, you should be self-driven and proactive with a genuine passion for being part of an expanding business.
Medical Writers and Analysts will be involved in detailed analyses of clinical trial data, creatively presenting findings in various formats such as posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports, and peer-reviewed publications. These deliverables are pivotal for our clients in engaging with external stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of new therapies. You will typically manage multiple projects simultaneously across various disease areas.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in project teams alongside seasoned colleagues who will provide personalized training in the technical aspects of the job.
