This high-volume, outbound calling position is tailored for individuals who are goal-oriented and thrive on influencing decisions through compassionate and clear communication. You will proactively engage with members, articulate the advantages of Transcarent’s 2nd.MD service, alleviate any concerns they may have, and encourage them to take the necessary steps towards enrollment. Success in this role hinges on exceptional bilingual communication skills, tenacity, and a commitment to achieving engagement and enrollment targets while ensuring a positive and professional experience for members.
A Day in the Life
- Make over 100 outbound calls daily to engage eligible members in both Spanish and English.
- Drive member activation and enrollment by clearly conveying the benefits of Transcarent and 2nd.MD services.
- Utilize consultative communication skills to comprehend member needs, address their concerns, and overcome objections.
- Guide members through the entire enrollment process, ensuring they understand the next steps and required information.
- Gather pertinent health and background information and efficiently direct members to the appropriate clinical resources.
- Quickly build rapport and establish trust to assist members in their decision-making across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Manage follow-up activities to re-engage members and close open enrollment opportunities.
- Diligently document conversations, language preferences, outcomes, and next steps in internal systems.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of outreach and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with an integrated care team to ensure timely care coordination.
- Consistently meet or surpass individual and team performance metrics, including engagement and enrollment targets.
