Join Our Team at All Care Therapies! We are actively looking for a dedicated Bilingual Physical Therapy Aide/Technician to become a part of our vibrant outpatient clinics. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in all departmental areas, returning equipment and supplies to their designated places.
- Regularly sanitize exercise equipment, mats, and assistive devices in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Manage linen supplies effectively, changing linens on treatment tables as per procedures.
- Maintain adequate stock of medical supplies across all treatment areas.
- Organize closets and storage areas on a routine basis.
- Perform routine cleaning of soiled utility and equipment rooms for therapy equipment at least twice weekly.
- Support department communication by answering phones, relaying messages from nursing services to therapists, and facilitating communication among therapists.
- Assist therapists with the setup, delivery, and cleanup of treatment areas, including patient rooms and rehabilitation gyms, ensuring optimal care delivery.
Patient Care Duties:
- Assist in patient transfers and lifts using proper body mechanics and established techniques.
- Support therapists during evaluations and treatments at bedside and in rehabilitation settings, including exercises, mat activities, and modality preparations.
- Document treatment activities, patient progress, and any unusual responses to treatment, reporting them to the therapist.
Salary information: The hourly pay range for this position is $19 to $22. We establish base pay ranges based on function and level, with final offers influenced by various factors including skillset, experience, and language proficiency.
