- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of POS system implementation and upgrades across various franchise locations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure IT solutions align with our business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise third-party service providers for POS hardware and software.
- Ensure system reliability and data integrity while adhering to data privacy and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and support for store-level IT infrastructure, including network management, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze business requirements and propose technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Train and support staff on POS systems and related technologies.
