Position: Bilingual Retail Store Manager

Whizz, a pioneer in cutting-edge transportation solutions for delivery riders, is on the lookout for a strategic and results-oriented Store Manager to spearhead our Washington, DC e-bike store operations. In this leadership role, you will drive all store activities, optimize sales performance, cultivate a high-achieving team, and guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
Profit & Strategic Growth: Propel overall store profitability by boosting revenue, streamlining workflows, and applying cost-saving strategies through effective resource management.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and guide the entire store team (Customer Service Representatives and Mechanics). Promote a culture of accountability and discipline to achieve operational excellence and performance targets.
Customer & Sales Excellence: Meet subscription and accessory sales targets. Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout all interactions to reduce churn and effectively manage complex issues.
Asset & ERP Accountability: Act as the primary responsible party for maintaining 100% ERP accuracy for all store inventory. Perform daily audits, resolve discrepancies, and lead loss prevention initiatives.
Operational Mastery: Oversee the complete bike readiness cycle, from diagnostics and repair prioritization to final Quality Assurance (QA). Ensure timely completion of all repair processes (RTC/RTF) and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Data & Insights: Evaluate operational, sales, and inventory data to compile weekly KPI reports for leadership, offering recommendations for strategic enhancements to product offerings, pricing, and overall efficiency.
