Our agency is comprised of 39 skilled professionals who engage in various roles including study coordination, consultancy, and technical assistance for project management. We handle an array of projects including educational facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, fire stations, hotels, logistics platforms, corporate headquarters, public amenities, and mixed-use developments, catering to both public and private sectors.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- BIM Designer for Fluids
- Create comprehensive BIM Fluid models covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and medical gases;
- Develop 2D Fluid plans;
- Produce principle diagrams and flow schematics;
- Conduct preliminary synthesis;
- Size hydraulic and aeronautical networks.
- BIM Coordination across Disciplines
- Review the BIM specifications and project agreement documents (if available);
- Ensure effective coordination of models, including spatial coordination and integration of BIM Manager specifications;
- Verify model compliance with project BIM standards (nomenclature, LOD, georeferencing);
- Organize internal coordination meetings.
- 3D or 2D Synthesis
- Identify clashes using coordination tools (Revizto, Solibri, etc.) for BIM projects;
- Prioritize and categorize conflicts;
- Track feedback and corrective actions;
- Prepare inter-discipline synthesis plans for construction phases;
- Generate coordination reports and tracking tables;
- Plan meetings, prioritize tasks, and initiate necessary actions.
