Compensation: $90-$100 per hour

In this pivotal role, you will provide evidence-based behavioral health services that make a real difference in the lives of your clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a BCBA or BCaBA, your contributions will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Designing and executing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
Delivering personalized one-on-one therapy sessions and providing family support.
Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistency in care.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic care solutions.
Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Staying updated on current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Qualifications
We are seeking individuals who possess not only the requisite qualifications but also a genuine passion for helping others.
Certification: BCBA or BCaBA certification is required.
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
Excellent clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care.
Reliable transportation is required.
Current CPR Certification (training will be provided if needed).
Ability to pass a background check as required by funding sources.
Physical capability to work with children (lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, sitting on the floor, etc.).
