Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (Full-Time)

Your Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
· Supervise the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
· Conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions (e.g., preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments, etc.).
· Be prepared to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
· Engage in other typical BCBA activities as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
· Master's degree in a related field.
· Active BCBA certification is required.
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
· Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record.
