Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring effective skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Overseeing RBTs and caregivers in the execution of behavior-analytic strategies
  • Conducting thorough assessments for behavioral interventions
  • Providing supervision for BCBA certification candidates
  • Engaging in other essential BCBA functions
