We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to lead our boutique team in Melbourne. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the boutique's performance and profitability, while ensuring that your team delivers exceptional customer service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Operations
- Enhance sales performance to consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs, maximizing overall profitability.
- Analyze business performance and translate findings into actionable objectives for the team.
- Review sales reports and market data to identify business needs and formulate strategic plans.
- Ensure effective training of staff in POS systems and operational procedures.
- Maintain compliance with cash handling and control protocols, including deposits, safe funds, and petty cash management.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adherence to transfer and receiving policies.
- Uphold the boutique's image in line with brand standards.
- Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies that resonate with current visual directives.
Client Experience & Development
- Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage and utilize the client database to enhance sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Deliver service excellence to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Swiftly resolve client inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Plan and manage special events, including collection previews and sales events.
- Empower team members to make customer-centric decisions that align with company values.
Team Management & Development
- Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
- Lead by example, showcasing passion for APM Monaco and a deep understanding of our products and values.
- Conduct in-store training sessions and one-on-one coaching for team development.
- Establish individual performance objectives and development plans.
- Ensure that team grooming and presentation standards reflect the brand's professional image.
- Address HR-related issues effectively, collaborating with the HR team as needed.
