ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Bowser Driver, you will operate vehicles airside, handling aircraft water and waste systems, as well as hi-lifts and minibuses. Comprehensive training will be provided. Your responsibilities include conducting vehicle safety checks and ensuring that water service vehicles are consistently sterilized and compliant with water audits. Manual handling is involved when connecting and disconnecting from aircraft. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied by the company. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding service to airlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate lavatory and water service vehicles.
- Manage aircraft in-plane systems.
- Adhere to Client Policies and Procedures for servicing aircraft lavatories.
- Foster effective communication with passengers, co-workers, and management.
- Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the Company and regulatory authorities.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, including cabin cleaning and other driving responsibilities.
- Work in a potentially noisy environment and under various weather conditions while on the ramp.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of following management directives independently.
- Reliability and flexibility are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
