In this role, you will become a vital part of the management team within the Customs division of Customs Support Group Netherlands.

Your Role as Branch Manager
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the success of your branches, connecting clients, employees, and operational excellence while effectively translating strategies into daily practices. You will actively cultivate client relationships, mentor your team, and guide change processes with a strong focus on quality and compliance. We are searching for a Branch Manager for the Terneuzen & Kapelle region who can energize the team and foster a positive work environment. You should have a strong affinity for and knowledge of the customs sector, using this expertise to coach and develop your colleagues. You will lead a team of 16 employees across two specialized locations: bulk operations in Terneuzen and the AGF sector in Kapelle, and you will regularly work at both sites.
