Your Role:
- Uphold and enhance service standards in your store through proactive team motivation, training, and development.
- Lead by example, serving as a mentor to your team by demonstrating exemplary service standards.
- Achieve store and company sales targets consistently by setting and monitoring goals for your team.
- Regularly evaluate team performance using KPIs, implementing development plans as necessary.
- Ensure operational objectives align with store and company goals.
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures through high standards of operational practices.
- Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and area management by providing consistent updates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to recruit and onboard new talent for your store.
- Communicate store activities efficiently with Regional Management and your team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to maintain a high-performance team.
- Build and nurture excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Manage staff schedules while adhering to payroll budgets, staying responsive to trading patterns including peak seasons.
- Monitor and manage stock deliveries to ensure accuracy.
- Work with the merchandising team to ensure precise restocking.
- Organize store stock takes and uphold main stock accuracy standards.
- Plan and execute impactful store promotions to drive sales.
- Protect the Kurt Geiger brand by ensuring all team members meet personal presentation standards.
- Ensure your store's visual presentation aligns with company and VM guidelines.
- Stay updated on new fashion trends and act as an ambassador for your team and store.
