We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to spearhead and oversee the operations of our workforce at Amartha. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficiency of business operations while establishing forward-looking strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to mentor and enhance team performance by aligning with the company's vision and culture. Our aim is to guarantee the profitability of our activities, fostering sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing team and business partners.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established targets.
- Oversee business processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), both administratively and in the field.
- Manage the quality and quantity of the branch/point portfolio.
- Ensure team cohesion and adeptly manage internal conflicts in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing a team of 5-10 members.
- A minimum of 2 years in Micro Finance as a Manager, preferably in Grameen Financial Institutions.
- Proficient in developing sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Willingness to be stationed across Bulukumba.
