Join Phoenix3 Collective as a visionary Brand Director and play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and direction of culinary-driven experiences across our diverse portfolio. This exciting position sits at the crossroads of brand strategy, innovative concept development, and hospitality excellence. You will spearhead the creation of impactful B2B marketing strategies designed to stimulate growth and fuel retail concepts that delight guests while reinforcing brand equity.
Your responsibilities will encompass brand strategy and execution on two fronts: the B2B expansion of brands such as Infuse and Culinour, alongside the B2C restaurant, café, and coffee offerings that these brands bring to life. As the Brand Director, you will be the custodian of brand positioning, tone, and vision for all operating brands under Phoenix3.
This role requires a hands-on approach where you will lead the development of dining concepts tailored to specific locations, communities, and audience demographics. You will shape these concepts from inception through to execution, ensuring that culinary and operational teams align to deliver a cohesive menu and exceptional guest experience.
In reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate closely with marketing, culinary, operations, and business development teams. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of hospitality, keen creative judgment, and the ability to balance overarching vision with practical execution across multiple brands.
