The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Lead to take charge of Arbor’s content strategy and execution. This role involves developing a robust, repeatable content engine that enhances our brand presence, builds consumer trust, and drives business growth.
In the skeptical energy sector, the most effective content not only excels across various channels but also mitigates friction throughout the customer journey by establishing Arbor as a credible and relatable brand. You will be responsible for crafting content that resonates in critical decision-making spaces, including search engines, social media, press outlets, partnerships, customer lifecycles, and our website.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Arbor's brand marketing strategy, including the roadmap and editorial calendar across vital platforms (web, SEO/GEO, communications lifecycle, social media, and partnerships).
Produce and distribute high-quality content that fosters trust and simplifies complex topics.
Integrate our brand narrative throughout the customer lifecycle.
Craft compelling, evidence-based stories: customer outcomes, case studies, testimonials, and clear explanations of our services.
Develop and scale data-driven content (e.g., market insights, trends, and explainers) applicable for PR, social media, performance marketing, and lifecycle assets.
Collaborate across departments to ensure that design and content align with brand standards, compliance, and real customer needs.
Leverage AI technologies to achieve ambitious content goals.
Establish an efficient production system (templates, briefs, quality assurance standards, and distribution workflows, including freelance support).
Monitor content performance metrics and implement continuous improvements: traffic quality, conversion rates, engagement levels, distribution efficiency, and content repurposing.
