Brand Experience Design:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (internal teams, external partners) to:
Participate in ideation and improvement of brand strategies, products, sub-brands, and iconic brand moments.
Assist in implementing strategic partnerships that enhance customer experience and deliver unique and memorable moments.
Support the development of talent experience tools, optimizing touchpoints and integrating sustainability.
Ensure the brand culture is woven into all employee touchpoints.
Incorporate ESG and sustainability initiatives into brand strategies to strengthen long-term impact.
Support the development and execution of the brand's customer journey, ensuring seamless deployment across all touchpoints.
Brand Compliance & Product Strategy:
Assist in implementing design guidelines and creating briefs and specifications to enhance products.
Support the development of brand cost and investment models.
Contribute to portfolio management initiatives, including PURE (Property Upgrades, Renovations, and Enhancements), to optimize brand equity and asset value.
Brand Health Monitoring:
Monitor brand performance and participate in tracking customer satisfaction.
Brand-Centric Culture & Marketing Excellence:
Contribute to fostering a brand-centric culture, promoting alignment and governance among stakeholders, regional teams, and hotels.
Participate in developing internal training, communication, and engagement initiatives to enhance brand identity and values.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with the brand objectives.
