Key Responsibilities
Numerical Objectives
- Responsible for meeting brand objectives, with accountability extending to P&L contributions by channel and counter.
- Monitor monthly sales by brand, category, and SKU, generating essential reports such as retail and wholesale sales analyses.
- Performance evaluated against Net Sales and Net Profit reports in relation to set targets.
- Enhance brand profitability through controlled discounting, assessed via Discount % Utilization tracking reports.
Marketing Initiatives
- Craft brand-specific marketing calendars.
- Plan and execute launches, promotions, and brand activities in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage the annual A&P budget.
- Develop marketing collateral such as POS materials and displays.
- Create customer recruitment strategies tailored for each brand, including workshops and promotional events.
- Implement customer retention programs and brand-specific CRM activities to boost sales.
