Role Overview
We are in search of a passionate and strategic Brand Manager dedicated to the Japan market. This role necessitates a strong sense of brand judgment and creativity to cultivate and enhance TGC's brand initiatives specifically tailored for Japan. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think long-term while executing effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in shaping TGC's brand strategy and core messaging for the Japan market.
- Lead or significantly contribute to various brand initiatives, including campaigns, offline experiences, and content projects.
- Work collaboratively with global teams, local partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage in the planning and review process of brand content (copy, visuals, video, offline materials) to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct post-project analyses to derive insights into Japanese players and the local market.
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or content-related fields.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese game industry and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- A strategic, long-term approach to branding that transcends immediate marketing outcomes.
